My friend said he didn’t know what to do. >> more

50th Anniversary Celebration

Teachers' Day

The faculty and staff of BSOP were feted with a program last Thursday, September 28. Aside from the usual song number, a skit, a mime, etc. were presented by the student body to honor the teachers and staff. Memorable to this event, was the typhoon that smacked right at Metro Manila that noon. It was really a howler (see the uprooted mango tree).

New Students Convocation

August 20, 2006. Rev. Wilson Gonzales spoke on the theme: The Minister of God, taken from 2 Timothy 2. Over fifty new foreign and local students were formally welcomed to BSOP and to the Chinese Christian community.

Spiritual Emphasis Day

Rev. David Cheung spoke in chapel last Monday (July 31) on the topic "Give Glory to God" from the Gospel of John. The students used this day to spend time in meditation and prayer.

Welcome!

The Student Council (SC) Officers held an informal gathering to welcome the new batch of students last July 6. Among the highlights of the event was the tasting of food from different provinces as represented by the students. Delicious...

School Has Started

With ten new students from all over the country enrolled this quarter, we have started the new academic year. The Hallowells are back in the States for a year of furlough; and we welcome Rev. Philip Co and family to BSOP. We urge you to lift up the seminary, and all those who are part of it, in prayer and supplication.
